El juego tiene 4 diferentes tipos de billar: 'Straight Pool', 'Eight Ball', 'Nine Ball' y 'Strip Pool'. El modo 'Strip Pool' contiene material orientado a adultos y no está pensado para jugarse por audiencias jóvenes. También existen 3 diferentes personajes femeninos seleccionables y actos destacados en este juego.

Cool Riders is a spiritual successor to SEGA's OutRunners. The premise is similar to OutRunners, except the gameplay features motorcycles rather than cars. The player must finish each stage ahead of a CPU-controlled rival by the end of a stage's checkpoint and within the allotted time. Cool Riders features 50 levels in total and, much like OutRun and OutRunners, there are several branching routes that take place all around the world and determine what your next stage will be. A key difference is that Cool Riders features triple-branching stage exits, rather than the double-branching of OutRun. The game uses digitized graphics.

A shoot'em up / platform game where you are a futuristic cop trying to save your girlfriend.

Cop-Out is a crosshair shooting game. The player controls a prohibition-era policeman who must shoot his way through 10 levels of criminals, jeeps and bi-planes, as well as birds and bottles. If the player survives long enough they will advance to the next level. The player can walk left and right at the bottom of the screen, while at the same time moving a crosshair to shoot at the targets. When shooting, the bullets take a while to get to the crosshair point so the player must shoot a little ahead of the targets. Walking is necessary to avoid the bullets and molotov cocktails that the enemies shoot or throw down the screen.

From 1 to 4 people can play at once, with the computer adding in a player as needed to keep the number of players at either 2 or 4. Players number 1 and 2 play the part of the cops, while players 3 and 4 are the robbers. The screen is an overhead view of a city street, with the cops on one side, and the robbers on the other. Each car is in it's own lane, and an extra wide lane marks the area between the cop and robber side. Each player can move up and down in their own lane, the object is to shoot down the cars of the opposite side. A beer truck moves randomly up and down the center lane, generally getting in the way.
