Kirameki Star Road es un juego de trivias musicales para uno o dos jugadores, en donde el jugador asume el papel de un explorador de talentos musicales. Al inicio del juego el jugador elige una de tres chicas para promover como la nueva ídolo musical. El objetivo del juego es escuchar una pieza popular de música y seleccionar correctamente el músico o título de la canción antes de que el contador de tiempo se termine. Después de obtener un cierto número de aciertos, el jugador será evaluado basado en su desempeño y verá como la popularidad de las chicas avanza hacia ciertos grupos demográficos.

Everyone in Dream Land has lost the ability to dream! It seems that King Dedede has stolen the Star Rod, the source of power for the Fountain of Dreams, and given its fragmented pieces to his goons for safekeeping. The world needs a hero... a round pink one. As Kirby embarks on an adventure to recover the Star Rod, he'll have to copy every trick in the book to bring good dreams back to Dream Land.

But this time, he will need your help more then ever before. Kirby has been turned into a ball, and it is up to you to tilt and turn the game table so that Kirby can dodge enemies and get the the end goal. To do this, you must actually tilt the Game Boy Color/Advance console, thanks to the inbuilt motion sensor in the cartridge. Every move you make determines where the little pink ball goes.

Kirby arrives on the Nintendo GameCube at warp speed in his first-ever racing game. Based on the same principles as games like Super Smash Brothers and past Kirby titles, Kirby Air Ride offers an entirely new approach to the racing genre. The ultra-easy controls give Kirby Air Ride instant playability no matter how skilled the players may be. You control Kirby with the analog stick and the A button -- that's it. The stick steers the character left and right (he accelerates perpetually) and the A button when pressed slows him down and when released delivers a temporary speed boost. The idea is to hold the button down around corners, drift them, and then shoot out with a burst of speed. The game features a four-player split-screen mode and LAN support for link-up play.
