Moles pop up from nine holes, and the player has 60 seconds to send them fleeing back underground by bopping them on the head with a hammer.Players can use joystick or the keyboard to position the hammer.

Muddy Mole's wife and seven kids have been kidnapped by the evil farmer, Jinbei! It's up to you to help Muddy solve the many puzzles of Jinbei Land. Snatch all of Jinbei's cabbages in every level, and if you get stuck, dig underground and create your own secret underground paths. A word of warning, however - Jinbei has got his best goons guarding your family, so you'd better watch out! Mole Mania plays from an overhead perspective. Although in each room you have to destroy all the foes to progress, the game is much more puzzle-oriented than it is towards action. It is quite common in later levels to get yourself 'stuck', which can be fixed by leaving and returning to the screen to reset the puzzle. One of the game's clever 'hooks' is that players can dig underground in each stage to find a completely different map than they do above ground, which can be used to get through otherwise impassable terrain. The game also features a two player mode, where one player is Muddy, and the other is Jinbei. Muddy must swipe as many cabbages as possible, and Jinbei must stop him. At the end of the round, players swap roles, and then the player who got the most cabbages wins.

When you move an atom, you can no longer change its trajectory until it hits an obstacle! Simple and efficient.

MOLECULE is a game of logic and deduction for one person. The object is to deduce by experiment, as quickly as possible, the structure of a molecule which is set up for you by the computer. You must fire rays into a chamber and observe how the atoms in the chamber absorb, reflect and deflect these rays. As atoms make up the molecule, by noting the path of the rays you will gather clues to its structure. Each game is virtually unique and an intellectually stimulating puzzle.

Molecule Man es un juego isométrico de laberintos. La única forma de escapar del laberinto es usar el teletransportador, pero sólo puedes usarlo después de haber recogido las dieciséis secciones de la placa de circuitos del nivel. Para reducir la dosis de radiación, también debes tomar pastillas periódicamente. Empiezas el juego con veinte de estas pastillas, pero rápidamente se te acabarán y tendrás que buscar en el laberinto máquinas expendedoras de pastillas antirradiación. Pero, por supuesto, necesitas dinero para usar estas máquinas. Así que también tienes que recoger las monedas esparcidas por los alrededores. Se pueden recoger bombas para destruir secciones de la pared y acceder a otras salas.
