You are Steve Jordan, pilot of the spacejet Eagle. Cyborgs conquered the universe, but this event did not make you happy. And you decided to restore the freedom of the lifeforms discovering and destroying the mother planet of the Cyborgs. Riding the Eagle, you cruise the entire space full of asteroids, energy cells, and enemy Cyborgs' spaceships. On each stage you have to avoid the asteroids, collect energy cells, shoot the spaceships attacking you, and contact space stations (Alcor, Torius, Casiope, etc.). Finishing the stages you interrogate with space station's inhabitants to take an additional information (true or false) to find finally the coordinates of the Cyborgs' mother planet.

As a captain of the extraterrestrial defense forces you embark on an all-out fight against a multitude of enemies. Your objective is to avoid at all costs that the enemy troops cross the atmosphere and reach the Earth. The objective of the player is to prevent the enemy ships from reaching the left side of the screen. The player has a very powerful weapon capable of destroying enemy ships in one hit, but the drawback is that he can only fire one shot at once. The player can move up and down and must choose the precise moment to fire his weapon.

Una lombriz de tierra común y corriente llamada Jim sigue su vida cotidiana, pas el tiempo evitando cuervos y haciendo otras cosas que haría cualquier gusano. De repente, Jim es golpeado por un gran traje cibernético de ultra alta tecnología, indestructible, super-espacial. Por pura suerte, Jim se queda a salvo en el traje. La jugabilidad es similar al primer juego, con Jim saltando y corriendo por los niveles. Hay 5 armas más que el juego original. Aparecen personajes como Princess Whats-Her-Name y Psy-Crow.
